  14. I am trying to remove the heat sink from the 68040 on an A3640 board. 
  15. Unfortunately, it appears that the heat sink may be epoxied on. There is 
  16. more than the normal white heat sink compound holding it.
  17.  
  18. Does anyone have helpful tips/experience in removing this heat sink?

  20. I need to replace it so that I can install the A3640 in an A3000. It will 
  21. be replaced by a smaller heat sink/fan combination.
