- I am trying to remove the heat sink from the 68040 on an A3640 board.
- Unfortunately, it appears that the heat sink may be epoxied on. There is
- more than the normal white heat sink compound holding it.
-
- Does anyone have helpful tips/experience in removing this heat sink?
-
- I need to replace it so that I can install the A3640 in an A3000. It will
- be replaced by a smaller heat sink/fan combination.
-
- Thanx!
